• The Competitor is not an Australian Business

• The advertised price is a sale, special price, liquidation or fire sale

• The advertised price is for returned goods, damaged goods, factory seconds, or ex-display stock

• The advertised price is part of a store-wide sale, package deal, cash back sale, or conditional sale

• The seller is unable to supply stock at the time of advertising
